Position1:
Revenue Specialist/Customer Service Manager
Adak Eagle Enterprises, LLC is looking for the right
person to fill our Revenue Specialist /Customer Service Manager
position in our anchorage office. The position is responsible and
accountable for the day-to-day operations and supervision of the
Internet, Business and Residential Call Center and Retail Offices.
The incumbent would have extensive accounting background and
advanced Excel skills with progressive management/supervisory
experience. This position will supervise 2 customer service
representatives while working in conjunction with the accounting
department. Strong interpersonal skills and analytical abilities.
You will have direct responsibilities for the operational, sales and
referral activities of the customer service representative (CSR)
staff. Responsible for managing and processing a variety of
consumer, commercial and other transactions for customers and the
general public for the delivery of AEE services and products.
Preferred but not required: 1 –3 years CABS experience at the
supervisory level with 3-5 years experience in telecommunications.

Position2:
Accounting Clerk
Adak Eagle Enterprises, LLC. is looking for the right
person to fill our Accounting Clerk position in our Anchorage
office. This position provides clerical support for daily operations
of the Accounting Dept., assist with the maintenance of the general
ledger and other financial records for the employer. Minimum
requirements include 2+ years in Accounting, work in inventory and
work order process, and must possess computer proficiency in a
Windows environment, with experience using MS Office products,
especially Excel. Experience in telephone industry accounting is
preferred. Experience in MS Dynamics GP preferred. Individual must
have good mathematical skills and pay close attention to detail. AEE

IT
Technician
Adak Eagle Enterprises, LLC is looking for the right person to fill
our IT Technician position at our Anchorage facilities. This
position provides services as primary escalation contact for
Internet helpdesk, responsible for design, implementation and
maintenance of LAN/WAN and related equipment. Experience with
Microsoft Operating Systems (XP, Vista, 7), PC Hardware and
software, Web technologies, languages, browsers, Data
backup/recovery, Desktop Troubleshooting, Basic Routing/Switching
Knowledge, Application installation on various platforms (Windows,
Linux), Website development and maintenance, Skill in operating
various equipment including modems, CD writers, etc. Associate's
degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical
school; or six months to one year related experience and/or
training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
